Read/ Unread message(s)

Definition of Count: number of incoming messages of a chat in which the users have not replied to.

System reply (Chatbot auto reply) is not counted as a user reply.

Mark as Read or Unread:

There are 3 ways:

1. In the chat list, click Dropdown Button under the timestamp, then click Mark as read or Mark as unread

2. Click ⋮ at the top right corner of the chatroom, then click Mark as read or Mark as unread

3. Reply to the messages
