Open/ Close Ticket
Close a ticket:
There are 2 ways:
In the blue bar under the header of the chatroom, , click Close Ticket
Click ⋮ at the top right corner of the chatroom, then click Close Ticket
Open a ticket:
Click ⋮ at the top right corner of the chatroom, then click Open New Ticket
By default chatbot setting, when the chat is in No Ticket or Closed Ticket status, and incoming message is received, New open ticket will be created
