Make / pick up a VOIP Call

Pick up a VOIP Call:

1. When there is an incoming call, there will be a pop up at the top left corner of the platform. Click the green button

2. You will see the corresponding chat on top of the chat list.

3. Click the red button at the bottom of the chatroom to end the call.

4. There will be a recording after the end of each call.

Make a call:

1. Click Customer profile Button at the right feature bar

2. Click Phone Call

Permission to Microphone is essentially allowed in the browser setting.
