Export conversation

Export conversation:

1. Click ⋮ at the top right corner of the chatroom

2. Click Export Conversation, the system will create an export job

3. There are 2 ways to go to Export Jobs page

   1. There will be a Green Pop-box right after you clicked Export Conversation, Click Go Now.

   2. In Left Menu Bar, Click Settings and then Export Jobs

4. Click on the specific job in Chat Message Tab

5. Click Download

Exported CSV file uses UTF-8 encoding.

• Can be natively read in Google Sheet and MacOS Numbers.

Problem of reading CSV file in Microsoft Excel The default encoding for using Excel to open a CSV file is ANSI but not UTF-8. Without forcing Excel to use UTF-8 as the encoding, the characters will be malformed.
